If you ever dreamed about working as a part-time or full-time Personal Development Professional, helping ambitious people fulfill their potential and achieve their goals, this is the place to start.

The Certified PDP designation is a comprehensive, turnkey system that will serve as the launch pad of this lucrative and thrilling career.

So why should you get your training and certification here?
After all, there are lots of good programs out there.

Well, I’ll say this as gently as I can.

Do you remember the hit movie, The Secret?

Many people do, as it was reportedly seen by over a billion people worldwide.

The biggest star of the movie was a Personal Development Professional by the name of Bob Proctor. Bob was one of the biggest names in the history of the industry, and he was the student of the great Bill Gove, the father of professionals.

Bob met Bill in 1968 and attended his famous Bill Gove Speech Workshop.

Fast forward 28 years, to 1996, the year I attended the Bill Gove Speech Workshop, and later formed the Gove-Siebold Group with Bill Gove. After our first day in business, Bill was leaving the office for the day and said to me, “Tonight, you’re going to get a call from one of my most successful students. I call him the “Toronto Tornado”, but his name is Bob Proctor.”

Bill continued: “Bob knows more about the public market in the speaking, writing, and coaching business than anyone alive, and he will be your mentor in this area."

I had heard of Bob Proctor, and I knew he was the best. But I couldn’t believe this was happening.

It was like winning the lottery.

Later that night I got the call. He said: Steve, this is Bob Proctor, and want you to know that you’re the luckiest speaker alive. I didn’t know exactly what he meant. I had only delivered one paid speech, to a Volvo dealership in Delray Beach, Florida, that paid me $250.

I said: “Thanks, Mr. Proctor. But I don’t know what you mean.” He said: Bill Gove is the father of the industry. He’s the Frank Sinatra of speakers, the best of all time. He’s taught or influenced every major speaker over the past 50 years, and he has IOUs scattered all over the world."

"Congratulations, Mr. Siebold.
You’re the man who’s going to cash them in.”

Bob went on to explain that I now had access to every major speaker in the business to help guide my career. He said my job was to start calling every one of them and asking for help.

Over the next 5 years, that’s what I did. I got advice, coaching, and guidance from everyone. I was one phone call away from any speaker in the world, and I used these connections to catapult my career.

I became one of the fastest non-celebrity speakers to earn over a million dollars a year, and eventually one of the highest-grossing speakers of the early 21st century.

Bob would introduce me to his audiences as “The most well-trained speaker in the history of the business.” He was right. The great ones poured into me to repay Bill Gove, the man who mentored them to success.

Over the next 25 years, I traveled the world delivering speeches, coaching Fortune 500 sales teams, and writing books.

I lived the dream, and the dream was good.

My point for telling you all this..

I’m going to teach you everything this brain trust of giants taught me…

so you’ll have the same unfair advantage I had.

The training consists of three video modules.

Module 2: Author/Speaker

This is the longest module of the three, clocking in at over 30 hours of video training.
One of the best lessons I learned from the giants of personal development was to become an author. Over a 20-year period, I wrote 12 books that sold 2 million copies, published in 11 languages.

And here’s the truth:

Writing is the heart of this business. Before you speak, you must write and create what you will say. Before you coach someone, you must write and create your coaching system and philosophy.

You don’t have to be a great writer. Believe me, I’m no Ernest Hemingway. That said, you must write as often as possible. The more you write, the better you will get. And with tools like ChatGPT and others, you can leverage the power of technology to assist you.

Believe me, there’s no feeling in the world like speaking to 20,000 people in a convention center and then signing 500 books after your speech.

That’s the dream. I know because I lived it, and it’s worth the price you must pay to get there.

This training module will teach you all the major aspects you need to know.
Here’s a short list of what you will learn:

Success Coaching, sometimes referred to as Life Coaching, has become a multi-billion-dollar business. As information has become commoditized, the demand for assistance in the successful implementation of information has exploded.
